These is a lot of oil that settles on top, which is a turn off. The flavor is delicious though.

This truffle flavor pasta sauce is rather muted, not much truffle kick at all. Other flavors of the sauce are OK. Trader’s has a Truffle Piccante Pasta sauce that’s much much much better, waay more truffle flavor, a really nice balance of spices! But it’s EOY Seasonal, so this Truff stuff is a fall back. BTW, the Truff bottle is VERY THICK glass, it weighs almost as much as the contents. It’s a premium gimmick, like ladies’ ooh-la-la perfume, that along with its fancy box, makes the item very giftable but misses the practical mark. I’ll stick with my TJ’s Truffle Piccante Pasta Sauce as long as I can get it.

This is my second time ordering the Truff Pasta Sauce. I love truffles and truffle-flavored foods. This sauce is fabulous and so good I could become addicted to it! The truffle flavor is not overpowering. The taste is complex, spicy and delicious. I think it is good just as it is, but meat could be added.

Really love this product, best when used for similar pasta dishes (without too much protein or vegetables) to highlight this sauce’s delicious flavour.
