I don't like this derma roller. I have another one and that very good quality and he had 0.5mm needles.I specifically compared them with each other and it looks like the needles in my 0.5mm are larger than in this 0.5 and 1mm. I don't recommend you to buy this.

2 size needles 0.5 and 1mm both included
Start small and light, you will get tempory red face due to the small abrasions but it'll go, I use it at night. In case you wanted to use for hair growth, it will cut away baby / new hairs so proceed with caution. Make sure to clean and sanitize before and after use.
