What Is it made of? micro fiber?

Hello, The Package says it is made out of 100% PVA. (Has Advanced PVA Cooling Technology). I own one and it is a little spongy and smooth to the touch. It can be machine washed multiple times. I hope this helps.

Can be used for hours or for quick relief. Reusable, just re-wet to activate. This neck cooling wrap can be securely fastened around neck by pulling one end through the slit on the opposite end for all-day cooling that stays put.
