Is this going to fit travel trailer (2016 prime time tracer 2674)

It will fit anything with a 4" square bumper which is pretty universal. Fitting is not the issue. Carrying or pulling the weight you need is the real issue. Most standard bumpers are strong enough to carry a spare tire and store the sewer hose. If you plan to do more than this you will need someone who knows what they are doing to correctly engineer a thicker and/or reinforced bumper. I removed my stock bumper which was approximately .060 thick and replaced it with a 7/16 or .437 thick bumper. 7 times thicker...no problems for me. Doing this wrong or haphazardly could cause an accident and get someone killed. Good luck.

what is the weight capacity of this one?? We are looking for one to tow a trailer with a bike on it

3500lbs. Gross trailer weight, 350lbs. Max tongue weight. This is also dependent on the bumper you are attaching it to. I needed to reinforce my trailer bumper.

Is this a 2" receiver?

Yes, as matter of fact, it is 2".

I want to put the receiver on top of my bumper so does the tube or even the weld extend past the back plate?
