Perfect TPU for Model Tires – Excellent Results
The OVERTURE TPU Filament 1.75mm worked perfectly for printing tires for my model 911. The flexibility is spot-on—not too soft, not too stiff—and it gave the tires a realistic rubber-like feel once printed. Layer adhesion was excellent, and the finished prints came out clean and consistent. It printed smoothly with no clogging or feeding issues, and stringing was minimal with basic TPU settings. The filament stayed flexible after printing and held its shape well, which is exactly what you want for scale tires that need both detail and durability. Overall, this filament exceeded my expectations and was ideal for this kind of application. If you’re printing tires or other flexible parts for scale models, this TPU is a great choice and I would absolutely use it again.

Quality and consistent TPU. Keep buying more cause it just works.
Been using Overture TPU (And their other filaments) for the past few years and have had great results every time. Their color variety is usually pretty extensive and the prices are pretty reasonable. Way more affordable than that other brand that only did 800g rolls for the longest time. I do have to dry this stuff out sometimes if it's been sitting for a while but then it goes back to printing just like it was new. Sticks to the the best super well with good adhesion (almost too good). I think every roll that I have gotten has had the seal intact which has been good. Will continue to keep buying more unless something changes which after 4+ years I don't think it will.

Prints beautifully with a little experimentation
Color: Red I had to experiment a little to find the right settings, and with a little thanks to another reviewer here who shared their settings. I’m printing on a Prusa i3 Mk3s. Hotend: 235 Bed: 50 Extrusion Multiplier 1.14 Cooling: 80% Max Volumetric Speed: 1.2 mm^3/s Retraction: 2mm Retraction Speed 45 Adhesion to the textured sheet is perfect. I did not have to use any release agents or worry about it coming loose during the print. The finish is very shiny and it is easily flexed in thin sheets like the phone case. The calibration cube with 4 walls and 10% infill is very difficult to squish. I don’t think that this would be suitable for RC car tires which will need a softer rubber for better traction, but it is great for phone cases or RC airplane tires. You can see the bridging in the middle of the unfinished temperature tower at 135. Below is at 140 and above is 130. The larger temp tower was all 230 and below. I would definitely buy this again.
