I spray it on wet hair before blowing it dry. Nothing else.

is this a good heat protector when using the flat iron?

It is a reasonably good heat protector with moderate use of heating devices. If hair is long and heat device frequently used, I would choose another hair product.

Does this give hold to curls?

I don’t think this product gives hold for curls, I would rather buy soufflé or curling cream if you want hold for you natural curls.

linea label.m è di un altro livello. ho i capelli piatti e molto sottili ma con lo stampo thickening (quello rosso) e lo spray blow-out applicato dopo doccia, a capello tamponato, i capelli prendono corpo magnificamente e rimangono in piega perfettamente aumentando volume. Non appesantisce il capello. Sono un fedelissimo del seasalt spray (sempre dello stesso brand) ma con questo blow-out spray sono rimasto davvero sorpreso dell'effetto. Assolutamente da provare se avete capili fini e piatti.
