At First I loved this toothbrush, but after 2 months it needed a charge and it will not charge at all. Maybe the one I received is defective? I reached out to the seller for warranty information. I hope it is rectified because I loved this toothbrush beforeUpdate: Seller is sending a new one. I'll update on how that one works.Update 6/21/17: My replacement is still working but the paint is chipping off, however - I purchased the same toothbrush for my husband in Blue and after just a few weeks there is a giant crack across the toothbrush and it is basically about to split in two. These seem to work great for a little while and then fall apart. I like the convenience of how long they hold a charge, but they are very cheaply made. Also, I ordered pink replacement heads and was sent blue.

Great toothbrush. Works just as good as a sonicare and you don't have to deal with the holder. I have had this since November and I just recently recharged it. Some other people had said they don't like it because eventually it will get wet inside from the hole on the bottom to recharge it. I'm not sure that is the case. I only got about 5 years from my sonicare and it was quite a bit more expensive than this one so I am happy. And it comes in pink which is a bonus.Update::: Have had since November now it is extremely hard to turn on, at some point I am thinking it won't go on. I contacted seller and he told me to send it back to him in China and he would replace it. Not thinking it was worth that hassle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I loved my toothbrush at first. I even bought a second one for my mom. However in a few months, it completely stopped working. Would not turn on at all.. even after charging. I tried contacting the seller, but they didn’t even respond. They say there is a 2 year warranty, however it does not seem like they honor it. Contacted amazon and they are the ones helping me out. A lot more trouble though.

Bought one for me and got one for my husbands also. Next check with the dentist and he was very happy about my gums. Recommend to everyone. Worth the price! Charge last a very long time. Super happy with the purchase.

Great tooth brush but after 5 months then it broke into pieces. The outer shell started to break and pieces kept falling off. So now it's trash.

Works great! Uses a USB cord for charging (included). We charged it in May when we got it and haven't had to charge again yet! And it's July! The pink is perfect for my daughter. Love this toothbrush!

I’ve bought this twice now. I should have tried to return the first one when it’s fell apart.It tipped over and fell on my counter. Not a long fall but the top of the base where the toothbrush head connects just crumbled and cracked. What is best about this product to me is the look. But if it so easily chips and cracks then it looks like crap. The second one I purchased did the same thing when I was cleaning it. I don’t think the paint/coating is flash to the machine. It allows for it to chop off very easily.I really wish it was more durable as it works and looks great.

Not too bad for this product compare to the Phillip product, worth to try. But only use it for half year, went back to Phillip electric toothbrush now.
