Happy pet owner
Day 1, so far cat loves it and she has had 3 now of water fountains this has been the easiest for me out of my others I've owned to put together which means cleaning will be a breeze yay. What I liked was it had food dish attached and it seems to be a high enough wall that food won't get into water but we will see. I wouldn't say it's totally sound less but it's very quite since I have it in my master bathroom with my room that was important for me and I didn't want a running facet sound. So check back 1 monto later and not totally impressed water pressure seems weaker even with clean reservoir and enough water and soon as water gets couple mm low it becomes louder. Also filters are harder to find. Still will use it till it dies but not impressed

It works like it should
It works like it should. I love the sound of running water. It is a little bigger than I wanted. I am a semi truck driver and space is valuable. It is a great size for multiple cats. Initially the sounds and light seem to scare Kitty but that is not a design flaw, just a Kitty Cat who is jittery. Took her several days but she did start drinking from it. She still prefers running water from a faucet though. I am going to try something else and pass this on to my son who has multiple cats.

I took pictures of this Pet Water Fountain that I bought for my dogs. 1st of all it's noisy. 2nd, when you put water in it, it overflows to the food bowl, it does not matter if I set it on high or low water flow. So dog food does not sit in this device because dog food gets wet. I have done exactly what seller said to do, which is make sure water level is between min. and full. I make sure it stays just right below the full line every day. Seller also said make sure to clean water fountain weekly and I do. I use Filtered water from my refrigerator to fill up fountain and to clean fountain containers, which is 3 containers. 1st container is where water flows up to second container and 3rd container is the food bowl. Seller also said to replace filter once every 2 months. Replaced the filter 3 weeks after I started using it. Seller also says make sure filter is clean, I soaked it filtered water 1st in a clear quart bag so I could see what it looked like. After about 10 minutes the bag looked like it was charcoal gray water from the filter. I thought no problem, I put the filter in a NEW clean freezer quart bag BESIDES I used filtered again water and it came out clean. I also have bought more filters for this Pet water fountain. I bought this product because of the customer reviews. (I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE) I also bought this product because one of my little Shih Tzu (I have 2 Shih Tzu's and they are brothers). Recently one of them had to have surgery because he had 2 large kidney stones. I found out by taking samples of his urine into the vet because it had blood in it (this was not easy to do. I put pads down then vet gave me a syringe to suck urine and blood out of the pad. It took me about 4 days to do this because I tipped the container over a few time. So I decided to put the urine with blood in a sandwich baggie and sealed it then took it to the vet. It took 2 days to confirm that he had kidney stones. The surgery he had was called a Cystotomy and they had to do a Bladder Stone Anaylsis was over $500.00 which my wonderful sister paid more than half of it because I did not have enough money. I asked the vet, maybe I should have him put to sleep because he just turned 12 in December 2015. The vet said he still had a few more years because the spunk he has he still plays with his toys and his brother besides running and chasing each other. The Bladder Stone Anaylsis test came back and the vet came out to talk to me. He said unfortunately the Stones my dog had he will most likely get them again. I said well what do you suggest he said to buy dog food that contained cranberry's which is about $4.00 a can, or he said buy a Water Fountain for dogs. I did both. Actually I bought cranberry sauce and mix a teaspoon in his food every day. I ALSO HEARD THAT CUSTOMER REVEIWS MAY BE FAULSE. I NO LONGER HAVE THE BOX IT CAME IN. IT HAD A CARRYING HANDLE ON IT. AFTER SETTING IT UP I THREW THE BOX IN THE TRASH. I HOPE THE SELLER READS THIS AND REFUNDS MY MONEY.SELLER SHOULD ALSO PAY FOR THE RETURN - SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF IT. ALSO, INCLUDING THE EXTRA $8.99 I SPENT FOR 2 REPLACEMENT FILTERS.

Love Your Pet
This review is for people whose love of cats has no limit. Granted, I receive this free in exchange for a review, but nothing special was asked in return, and I'm going to give it to you straight.I love cats. In fact, I love all animals. But I'm allergic to the feline critters so I haven't had any since the late 80s. But I understand how people feel about their pets, and some people will do anything for them. If you're one of these people, then you will have a friend in this device. It's more work than a regular water dish. You'll have to clean it, including the filter. And you'll have to plug it in, because it has an electrically powered pump. You'll be doing a lot more work, and you'll be running the pump 24/7. And you'll have to keep track of the water level, because you can't run the pump dry. In fact, if you leave the house, you should probably unplug the thing. Is it good for dawgs? Maybe really small, really neat ones. The food dish sits in a separate receptacle in the drinking basin, so if your dog's a messy eater, or if he's really large, he'll have food spilling into the drinking basin, or he'll upend the whole kit and caboodle. I can't recommend this for anything but the most delicate of canines.Seriously, no dog or cat I've ever had would need this, but I would not hesitate recommending it to people who lavish their pets with love.
