We bought these for a church Christmas drama. The mics are directional and really reduce the feedback that the omnidirectional headset mics suffer from. Sound quality isn't as good as a $300 mic, but they are great for dramas. If an actor breaks it, just buy another one. The boom is very flexible and adjustable, so it is easy to reduce the breathing noise (adjust the boom to sit beside the mouth, not in front of it like the image seems to show). The headset wireframe is very springy and fits a little loose out of the package, but you can massage the frame to fit any size head. I bought about 10 of these and would buy them again.

Very nice replacement mic for my AKG wireless body pack. This mic is true cardioid pattern, unidirectional, so there is very minimal feedback and very good signal to noise ratio. Price is reasonable. Great buy!
