Im not sure as to how the sizing of glasses go but I would say my head is around medium and it fits perfectly and comfortably.

Is this sunglasses really polarized? my one never change the lens tint darkness under the sun or in a room.

Thank you for your inquiry. These are polarized lenses which are meant to reduce glare from the sun especially off the water when fishing. These do not change tint with the brightness that is another form of technology. I hope this helps.

I have a pretty big head and am looking for a largish size sunglasses. Are these glasses small, medium large? Any measurements?

I would say the are a medium large. They do have the springs in the temples, but the lens are large at best not extra large. Sorry don't have them with me to get an exact size.
