Pretty decent! But....
First of all, I've seen reviews that said this lasts for 4 weeks, totally not true if your going by the suggested portions. Finished within 2 weeks for me. When I first tried it my stomach was a bit iffy for the first few days. I mix 2 scoops of the powder with whole milk + put it into my pancakes. It tastes like melted vanilla icecream and it doesn't make the milk too thick. It is VERY hard to blend with a spoon so I opt to use a blender. I also found that the milk tastes very good with cereal; but is absolutely TERRIBLE in smoothies, it doesn't mix well at all
