I first found out about ColonMax from the Naturopath that does my colonics. She gave me this, told me to take two before bed, then follow it up with another colon cleaning tab the following morning after breakfast. Even when I ran out of the second cleanser for morning, I continued to just take the ColonMax at night before bed. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST oral colon cleanser I've ever used!! And trust me, I tried many. I'm a nurse, and have seen doctors give patients all kinds of things to move their bowels, and I dare say nothing beats this. Unlike Senna, it's gentle. This has consistently produce 2-5 bowel movements a day; whether I'm just taking it because I'm feeling a bit sluggish and constipated, or doing a full on detox cleanse, it continues to be effective.

This product really does work, I been using this for about a month. I went from bloating, stomach cramps, constipation not having a bowel movement for 5 or 6 days. I was diagnosed with gastroparesis a little over a year ago. These capsules are amazing! I was prescribed many pharmaceuticals to help me with this issue and all of them made my issues worse.
