Are these headphone good for when you just want to take them out for a jog?

Yes you can jog or treadmill in them. I have used them at the gym for weights and cardio workouts for 5 years before the ear cups started to show wear from the sweat. They sell replacement cups on amazon for $10-15. Look just like the original and match color. The reason I use these for joggin and treadmill is because they do a much better job drowning out ambient noise at the gym as well as outside running. Also, I frequently watch movies or shows on the treadmill and the Powerbeats are just not loud enough and good enough at blocking ambient noise so it’s hard to hear the movie/show because there isn’t constant talking/music. Long story short, the manufacturer may not “recommend” they be used for jogging and they may recommend they are “kept dry” but trust me, wearing these for jogging and cardio at the gym will change your life and you’ll only need to spend $15 every 5 years on ear cup maintenance...WORTH IT!

Will these work with Android?

The will and despite what some had said, they will sound exactly as they do on an Apple device. The pairing on an i-phone is different due to the W1 chip, but the connection to Android is amazing 50-60 feet real world distances. I have used with LG G6,Samsung GS8, and Google Pixel all work flawlessly. Battery life is incredible
