The only problem is that you don’t always know when it is going to work! First off it tastes amazing, I got the cinnamon citrus and it tastes great. I don’t always take it every day however i have for a few days and then spread it out. I try to drink it in the evening and sometimes it works 30 minutes later and other times it has hit me the next day in the morning (preferred) or even later in the afternoon. One afternoon I hadn’t seen any results and thought maybe there wasn’t much in me for it to work.. well i ran out quick to the store and let me tell you I have never been so close to 💩my pants in my entire life. Hit me out of nowhere.. How I made it back is nothing short of a miracle!! When it hits you it hits hard.. I made it back home and went, and I felt so much better and lighter. I do see a difference in bloating and I feel better all around. I have noticed it makes you irinate a lot as well. I do not suggest using this if you are on a vacation, day trip, etc..
