Is now methyl folate comparable to metanx?

Can’t answer that. My blood levels were low on Folate. My Doctor prescribed this supplement and it works.

What is this made from? is it gluten-free/not made from wheat? i have had this problem with b-vitamins before and need to know the source. thanks!

Good value brand

Good value product. Naturopath put me on a combination methyl/b-12 formula after diagnosing MTHFR genetic mutation. It was a well reputed, but very expensive brand. For me it works out better to use this product in 5k dose - it’s effective, cheaper and a smaller capsule.
