Enamel Saver

I have Sjogren's and this toothpaste is a life saver! I can't use regular toothpaste because it burns, dries my mouth and makes me spit excessively but this is amazing because there is zero burn and mouth feels so much more moisturized after. It has a very pleasant taste, it smells good, has the perfect consistency and is so nice for those that have sensitive teeth too. I've had zero tooth pain since using this toothpaste.

I am HIGHLY prone to getting canker sores. They started popping up around age 13; about 1 every few weeks. They were never very large, but they continued at this rate until I entered high school. For some reason, I began getting them constantly in 10th grade. And I truly mean constantly. Once one would heal another would show up. Not only were they more frequent, they began getting larger as well. They were always in different parts of my mouth (lower gum, upper gum, back of the mouth, everywhere). The pain was AWFUL! I remember one time, I had pain in the back of my jaw that was so horrible I thought a wisdom tooth was coming in. I went to the Dentist and he told me, no, it's not a wisdom tooth, but a canker sore that was slightly larger than a pinkie nail sitting right on top of my gum where wisdom teeth are supposed to come in. I know that doesn't sound like a huge sore, but I know for any of you that have dealt with canker sores for some time, a "pinkie nail" sized one can make your days miserable. I also know exactly how it feels to be in high school, and having to deal with the stigma of canker sores. They can make you feel unattractive, they can be the reason for reschedules dates, and depending on where one decides to show up try having the "it has nothing to do with herpes!" conversation more than once. I'm now a Senior in college and Squigle enamel saver toothpaste has literally changed my mouth. I can't stress this enough. I know that any review will be met with criticism, but I hope any of you reading this will look at all of the other positive reviews and at least try it! I have had one, I repeat, ONE canker sore since I started using this toothpaste 8 months ago. ONE CANKER SORE! After having one after the other for years this has been a miracle. I smile about twice as much, I never have to tell my boyfriend he can't kiss me because it hurts, the list goes on. Now as for the product itself, the flavor is what I would equate to a mild Andes mint chocolate. I like it a lot, but it is far from the flavor of any commercial toothpaste. There is also a slight cooling effect because of the Xylitol. Also, you may feel like it's not cleaning your teeth as well as a commercial toothpaste, but I realized a little into using it that I just have to brush my teeth about a minute longer to achieve the same "slick" clean feeling that I used to get with my old toothpaste (I used to use Aquafresh if anyone is interested!). The tube is pretty small, and is a little pricey, but this is the only product that has worked for me and I REFUSE!!! to go back to how things used to be. I hope this review helps!

I was having some sort of long term irritant contact dermatitis on my lips which required multiple dermatologist visits and daily prescription steroid ointment to calm the irritations. It took me months to narrow down possible triggers. I figured out the main one was a specific sensitive toothpaste I was using. It turns out not only am I sensitive to SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), but also types of mint. When I made the switch to Squigle, the dermatitis healed! The flavor of mint versus actually including peppermint oil or straight mint of any kind is what helped. I have Sjogren’s Disease which causes tooth decay out of my control. I use prescription Prevident toothpaste twice a day. Now I added in Squigle during the day. It has been so helpful! What a great product. Thank you for making a safer toothpaste for those of us with skin or chemical sensitivity!

The taste is ok. Cleans well. The price is too high. So maybe I can stop using soon. Gental on my gums. Good stuff 👏

I bought this toothpaste when I developed a sensitivity to the minty flavoring in my normal toothpaste. The Squigle product worked well and I now keep some on hand.

First off, I have to say, I've only used this for a day. But I'm already considering ordering a case. I always get canker sores, when one goes away another one always pops up the same day somewhere else! I've had one that's been killing me lately and just won't seem to go away, which prompted me yet again to try to figure out what causes these darn things. Which led me to discover the woes of SLS toothpaste. Grrr!! I've long suspected my toothpaste in causing and exaserbating them, but finally I had a specific cause and knew that going down to target and picking up a different toothpaste off the shelf wasn't going to change anything (SLS is in *everything*! Even many natural toothpastes such as Toms.) I've also long suspected toothpaste of irritating the back of my throat and causing sore throats, even triggering getting sick sometimes from it. So I came on here, did a search for SLS Free Toothpaste, saw squigle come up toward the top with stellar reviews and noticed the seller is DermStore, which just so happens to be in my town! So I drove down and picked up a tube, tried it last night, woke up this morning and my canker sore, while still there, is smaller and definitely not nearly as painful. Brushing this morning was not very painful - before, during, or after. I could kiss my wife this morning without problem. Now I'm sitting here noticing how nice and clean my mouth feels. The taste is pleasant and mild, it's smooth, it doesn't foam up a TON and choke me while I'm brushing, and my mouth doesn't feel as dry and crusty this morning when I woke up. Honestly, even if you don't suffer from canker sores, this toothpaste is worth the price, it's just so much more pleasant - I'll almost certainly have better oral health now if alone for the fact that I won't abhor the process of brushing as much and won't be so set on just getting it over with as quickly as possible. If you do suffer from canker sores - you shouldn't even be second guessing the price; buy some now and try it out at least, I seriously doubt you'll go back lol

I was tired of getting my teeth cleaned just to hear my dentist ask me how I brushed and what I used, I am 54 and pretty much know how to brush my teeth. I have paid top $$ for sensitive teeth toothpaste and still have stains while I neither drink coffee, tea or soda (also never smoked). Now, I cannot wait to see what my dentist complains about because Squigle, just as advertised, REALLY WORKS. I had never even heard of this toothpaste but ran across it while looking for a way to address a gum issue that my dentist could not help with. Squigle is my new best friend and I have to tell you, teeth already whiter, gums feel better and so does my mouth! No crappie lasting taste, no burn, just plain clean! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This is why I had to write this review. I have only had this product for about a week and trust me; I see a difference, feel a difference and doing a happy dance. I have to have my teeth cleaned every three months and there is some kind of build up on my bottom tooth, mostly one tooth that seems to be there even after I get a cleaning and it is already going away. Thank you Squigle people; I would buy this product at any cost. No gum pain, whiter teeth, no build up junk. I am Happy! I am now buying more because I want to keep a tube at work and as well. Sounds like they are paying me but, I just want to share with others so that they may solve a tooth or gum issue without pains, burns and gimmicks that don't work...

This product is awesome. I have been using Squigle Enamel toothpaste for a couple years now and it is awesome. 5 Stars all the way. It is non irritating for sensitive mouths...and freshens breathe. Not gritty and flows on tooth brush just fine. I haven't had a cavity in over three years. Thanks Squigle.

Highly recommend this product if you have a very sensitive mucosa and suffer from dry mouth and stomatitis. Very effective and feel it cleans the enamel better than other fluoride toothpaste.

I'm not sure what Stacy is on about I think she might be a Colgate or Big Company exec, but this toothpaste is the GOAT. The packaging is meh but it's like a fat chick with a great heart, it's what's on the inside that matters. Tastes great, doesn't make me wanna puke after use, no sore throat or dry lips. Just makes your mouth feel clean, now i've spent about $30 now trying to find a toothpaste like this and I couldn't find it. Burts Bees and Tom's both have Titanium Dioxide which has shown to cause cancer with animals, and any SLS free toothpaste I could find had no fluoride. Now I don't care what the hipster next door with crooked yellow teeth says, but you NEED this thing at least a little. After using Fluoride-Free for about a month I started having some decay and had to get them cleared as they were gonna turn into cavities. You NEED that thing, SLS and Titanium Dioxide are a huge NONO. Worth the $4 surcharge I guess but I wish it was a bit cheaper

Really love this makes teeth feel really clean with out burning your mouth.
