Exceeded expectation. Great details. Great size. Great material and color.

I used this pack for a 10 mile day hike up two Adirondack peaks. It is a really nice pack and I would recommend it to others. I packed probably 25 to 30lbs of gear and the pack was comfortable all day. The pack I normally use is too small to carry that much gear and I prefer to be properly prepared if anything goes wrong (i.e. extra water, first aid kit, wet weather gear, etc). I did not use the detachable fanny pack or the waist strap for this trip but I did use the two smaller side packs. Inside of the main compartments there are not any compartments (other than the water bladder compartment) and things can get disorganized. I used the smaller side packs for items that I might need quick access to. The construction is sturdy and the stitching seems to be of reasonable/high quality considering the price point. The only problems I found were that the water bladder outlet was too small and it was difficult, but not impossible, to get the bite valve out of the hole. I did like the two clips for holding the bladder in place, they helped prevent crimping of the water line. The other problem was that the straps loosened as the hike progressed, once I tied them off that was no longer a problem and the pack stayed in place for the rest of the day. Before you use this pack for a full hike load it up with some weight and take it out on a short excursion to get the strap lengths set up and tied off properly or get some clips that will hold the straps in the buckles at your preferred lengths. I don't have a guess as to how much gear this could hold weight wise but it is very roomy and well constructed. The camo pattern is also decent and it could/will be used during hunting season. I would recommend this pack to friends.

Excellent quality and very rugged without having an overly “tactical” look. I bought the 60L version to use as a camping and go bag, and it has more than enough space for all my gear. The shoulder straps are extremely comfortable and fit well even for a larger frame. The multiple pockets make organization easy, so I always know exactly where everything is packed. One of my favorite features is the detachable bottom pouch, which includes a waist strap and can be used separately as a fanny pack. Overall, this is a well-designed, durable bag that I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be buying another one — because two is one and one is none.

Amazing. That's what I said bunny bread. So much room (or snug it up for light loads), so diverse, and well made (well sown points). Lots of rigging points, and well distributed overall weight load. The belt for the fanny pack is in the fanny pack main compartment btw, and it makes this pack well worth the money ( I would have paid more for this sight seen ) by the ability to unfasten and be worn in conjunction with the back pack and then the side bags can be arranged in all kinds of ways as well. A well thought out design to say the least! I highly recommend for a 3 day assault/ weekend adventure. PS: The side bags and fanny will stay on when loaded up as long as you know how to use Molle properly! you MUST weave them in and out thru the Molle loops! I know its frustratingly tight at the end but you must know how to use Molle or learn how!

Product is wonderful. At first I was a little concerned as I've tried to purchase military style packs from amazon and theyve always been way smaller then how it looks. When this was sent to me it was on a medium sized package. There was no way i ever imagined a backpack this big would fit in a medium sized box. It turns out that it was just folded incredibly well. In the images it looks big and that size correlates to real life. It's a good sized pack. The material of the bag and the other mini bags feels high quality and pretty durable. The zippers and buckles are a little shaky. They're not bad looking and they haven't actually given me any problems yet, but the way they clip and zip, I feel like if I get a little too rough they'll break easily. I don't know if that's true or not but I suggest being delicate with it regardless. The only issue besides that with this big is that it has so many compartments and clips that it's kind of overwhelming, I wasn't expecting it to be this size and look this nice for a measly 30$. For this price I just have to recommend this bag. If the zippers and buckles give me any problems I'll update this, as I've only had the bag for 2 days at the time I'm writing this.
