I say this to kinda give an idea of my oral health - not amazing. I have a cavity in my very back left molar that caused sooo many issues that i still haven't dealt with - it touches the gum. Anyway, since using this - and trying to get into a healthy period where I can convince myself to see the dentist for the 2nd time in a decade, this mouthwash has been amazing. I worry often about breath, and about if my gums are doing ok. When I use this, it's strong but it's not burning - it just clearly seems to be formulated well. It's like Confident Mouthwash whereas Crest is Bravado Mouthwash. Idk how else to explain that. But taking care of your oral hygiene genuinely affects how your body behaves too. So I've had a little more energy, and less head fog? I know this has dislodged plaque a couple times. Idk, but I'll be getting this monthly for sure. It's nice to finally find you "thing" in various daily items.
