Love these workouts but very disappointed with the sellers. The DVD set had two of the plyometric cardio circuit DVDs but did not have a cardio power and resistance DVD. Messages the seller to get the missing DVD and they were unhelpful and said I could exchange but the item is currently unavailable on Amazon. All I wanted was for them to send me the missing DVD
