We were lucky to those outstanding knives. So we also ordered the arcos chef knife. After weeks of waiting, it’s clear that arcos can’t or won’t deliver. All the promises from Amazon are useless. Too bad

Det här är en bra kniv för ”finlir”. Fånade mig med att skära bort några hinnor från en fläskfilé (brukar strunta i detta). Hur lätt som helst, skar enkelt bort hinnorna och spetsen var vass så att jag lätt kom in innanför hinnan som skulle bort. Lär inte urbena så ofta alls, kanske urbena en hel fläskkarré eller renskära en grytbit av nötkött. Anders A
