Leonards Gourmet spices, blends and gravies are used by some of the most renowned chefs at five star hotels and restaurants across Canada for the past 25 years. We do not add any MSG or fillers and our containers are light proof and factory sealed to keep the product fresh. All of our products are produced in a Nut Free Facility.

## Features

- A demi-glace is made by cooking a rich veal or beef stock down until its
- volume has reduced by upwards of 90%, which results in a highly flavorful
- liquid perfect for drizzling over meat, vegetables, burgers, or poutine. Just add
- water to ours and you have the perfect consistency, texture and taste without all
- the work. Gluten Free. Tin will make 3 cups.

They don't add MSG, however the first ingredient is modified corn starch, a sneaky "other name" for MSG. Look it up.
