WHY WE CHOOSE BROADBENTS COUNTRY HAMBroadbent's Whole Country Hams or Sliced Thick Cut Center Steaks, Breakfast Steaks, Dinner Steaks or Biscuit Slices are dry cured the old-fashioned way. Since 1909, each ham is hand rubbed with our own special cure, aged longer than most anyone else, then hickory smoked to perfection. These hams are carefully inspected to make certain that the rich, nutty aroma of a good country ham comes through. It is the same process used to win 18 Grand Champion Awards at the Kentucky State Fair. The next morning at the Kentucky Farm Bureau’s ham breakfast charity event the Grand Champion winning ham is auctioned off. Several years ago our ham sold for $2,000,000 with the proceeds going to charity, a record that has not been broken. We at Julia' Pantry want to share this special ham with you.HOW TO COOK TENDER COUNTRY HAM WITH LESS SALT1. Soak ham in water prior to cooking since the water will help remove the salt.(optional)2. Add about 1/2 inch of water to skillet, place the ham in skillet and bring to a boil. 3. Pour off the water and slightly brown each side of the ham. ## Features - 1lb Award Winning Country Ham Hickory Smoked Center Steaks - Broadbent ham is hand rubbed with our own special cure, aged longer than most anyone else, then hickory smoked to perfection - You can taste the difference - A heritage that has produced the Grand Champion Country Ham for 18 years - Includes free sample packet of Julia's Pantry Wild Boar Red Eye Gravy Mix - Country hams are safe to store & ship at room temperature, refrigerate upon receipt ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08MWNGP47 | | ASIN | B08MWNGP47 | | Best Sellers Rank | #312,116 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #69 in Hams | | Brand Name | Julia's Pantry | | Customer Reviews | 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars (11) | | Flavor | Hickory Smoked | | Item Package Weight | 16 Ounces | | Item Weight | 1 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Julias Southern Foods LLC | | Manufacturer | Julias Southern Foods LLC | | Product Dimensions | 7 x 6 x 0.5 inches; 1 Pounds | | Size | 1 pound | | Specialty | Smoked | | UPC | 659438758627 | | UPC | 659438758627 | | Unit Count | 16.0 Ounce | | Units | 16.0 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Julia's Pantry - **Flavor:** Hickory Smoked - **Item Weight:** 1 Pounds - **Size:** 1 pound - **Specialty:** Smoked ## Images ![Julia's Pantry Country Ham Hickory Smoked Center Steaks 1# Package with Red Eye Gravy Sample - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81wKs2ukdPL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/276664756-julias-pantry-country-ham-hickory-smoked-center-steaks-1-package](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/276664756-julias-pantry-country-ham-hickory-smoked-center-steaks-1-package) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
