I’m glad they are easy to swallow, unlike some supplements in which I have to eat some afterwards, because it feels like it’s in my throat and won’t go down. I just wish there was enough soft gel capsules in the bottle to last a month. There is certainly more than enough space in the bottle to double the amount. My bottle contains 30 and the serving size is 2 soft gels, so 60 is needed to have a month’s supply

I love this product because it used 100% Vegan materials, No by product of fish and other meats used to make the oil. From what I remember the EPA-DHA is derived from plankton!
