It takes the long feather artist club blades. **Q: How do you insert the blade??** A: There are two parts, the handle/the black plastic part, the blade/shiny part. One side of the blade part there are two pieces. With your thumb push the two piece part away from the handle it separates into two parts. The part still attached to the handle has two nubs that correspond to notches in the razor blades. Place the blade in those nubs - notches into nubs, edge of blade should should extend past metal part of blade. Take free piece Match to larger part. There is a metal spring, length of metal, press two pieces together and slide toward handle until they mate/remate. Inspect two blade pieces look for spring steel and two metal studs. Match pieces, press together, then slide.
