Received an already opened and old stock item But independent of that, it is definitely a good brand and quality product I had used in the past and worth it.

I have a 1999 Rialta RV that I am trying to replace all the interior lights with LEDs. The overhead map light in the cab was a bit tricky to find. I had tried bulbs that said they were compatible with a Eurovan (which is what the cab portion of the Rialta is) and none of them fit. This one does.

If you ended up here after or before trying the Sylvania Zevo 578, read on. The Zevo is a frosted tube and it isn't possible to see how the LEDs are situated. If this is going in an interior as an overhead bulb; it pays to have the LED facing downward, especially in a non-reflective housing. As a result it's very dim and not very useful. This one on the other hand does not look like the picture, I received a clear tube with a single led centered in the bulb. Half the bulb is the led and on the "back" is heatsink. I was wary of the single led but it's more than enough and more importantly, easy to aim for best results. I actually have the Zevo 194s in the rest of the interior and this matches perfectly. So if you're like me and don't want cheap junk LEDs in your vehicle and want a trusted brand, just get the Phillips.
