Review: Traveling Portapotti - I've been using these for nearly 10 years camping, mostly at music festivals. Never had a problem. Tie off the used bag and put in 2nd sealed bag to dispose. Bag quality is exceptional, never had a problem leaking. Compact and discrete. A little costly, but worth every penny.
Review: The right tool for the job - I use these for backpacking in sensitive areas that require packing out human waste. They're as convenient as something like this can be, easy to use, and they have great odor control.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these biodegradable?**
A: They are made to be biodegradable in a landfill... NOT IN THE BACK COUNTRY! Don't bury bags of poo in the wild!

**Q: How well do the bags handle solid waste?**
A: If you're asking about the thickness and integrity of the bags - they can handle a lot of weight, whether solid or liquid. As far as odor-reducing power, the included powder material in the bag will help some, but if you plan on leaving the bag in place after depositing solid waste and re-using the toilet later, I would strongly recommend bringing along some kitty litter to sprinkle over the top of the waste before you lower the lid!

**Q: Does this fit a 5 gallon bucket?**
A: Yes. You will need some type of strapping to secure bag to bucket.

**Q: How many bags included in the kit?**
A: If I remember correctly, it came with one, maybe two. Not enough for two days. I would also suggest getting the poo powder. After you use one bag twice for number 1, it no longer is solid gel. So, adding scoops helps. BTW I LOVE this system/bags/packs. Its amazing.
