I've been using these for nearly 10 years camping, mostly at music festivals. Never had a problem. Tie off the used bag and put in 2nd sealed bag to dispose. Bag quality is exceptional, never had a problem leaking. Compact and discrete. A little costly, but worth every penny.

I use these for backpacking in sensitive areas that require packing out human waste. They're as convenient as something like this can be, easy to use, and they have great odor control.

Love the portability, am able to use 1 bag a day while overlanding and not worry about leaking once sealed in the disposable bag while on the go. No smells and the bag seems tough. The TP is a joke so don't rely on it.

I’ve been using the wag bag system for this camping season so far and I’m impressed. The “gelify” material works well at preventing a mess & keeping the smell out. I’ve never had a bag rip or leak on me. The actual wag bag also comes with toilet paper & sani wipes, which I’ll be honest I don’t often need to use but they give you everything you’d possibly need!

I’ve used these along with the brand’s portable folding carrying toilet on float trips. With a collapsible privacy shelter for portable toilets or showers, these bags make a big difference for comfort. My wife especially likes them because there’s no slit trench and hovering over a hole lol. The big plus is the sealable bag for easy transport out of the wilderness without worrying of spillage. The power inside the bag does a really great job of preventing any liquids from escaping and suppresses the smell. I like them so much I keep several boxes of these at home in case of an emergency with the lost of complete water supply or pressure. It’s happened once in my neighborhood when a water main broke and we were without water for the whole day. I was very happy that I didn’t have to do my business in the house toilet and not being able to flush the stink down the drain. If you don’t have the portable toilet, you can use a 5 gallon bucket or just place inside your regular toilet. Just remember you can use them multiple times if it’s just urine. Might help if you also buy their powder that can be added to the bag to extend the usage.

It has been a bit since I bought and used these so by my memory: Had to purchase these for a national park back packing trip with requirements to bring some because the lack of facilities. I ended up using one or two of them. Was not impressed by the toilet paper included, but was very impressed with the (lack of) scent once it is filled with excrement and sealed up. The double bagging adds confidence to the new user experience. Would say one of those 5 gallon buckets with a toilet seat on top or other type of toilet seat style sitting surface would make this product even better experience, but that is more of a road trip thing or car camping idea than while back packing. Several years ago I was in the desert for over a week and had to bring a poop bucket. It was my first time collecting my waste for later disposal. I thought I was prepared because I set up tons of durable kitchen bags inside one another and every time I went I would bag the poop and use the next bag. The smell leaked out. The DIY approach to excrement collection was no where close to the smell-less-ness and confidence that this product provides.

I mean, can’t say it’s glamorous. But did the trick in bathroom emergencies on a 3 week van trip. Used with an inexpensive portable toilet.

Very good product. Does as the job as described. Very little smell. A bit pricey. Next time may try a similar product for sale at Canadian Tire.
