First time purchase, not sure of the outcomes i will get, but will definitely share over the coming months. Very generous amounts and variety.

I’ve been very happy with this multivitamin. The tablets are easy to take, and the bottle contains 120 tablets, which lasts a long time. I like that it’s made with real fruits and vegetables and is specifically formulated for men. Since adding it to my daily routine, I’ve felt more energized and overall healthier. Great quality, excellent value for the price, and I would definitely purchase it again. Highly recommended!

I have been taking vitamins since I was a kid and it has been a part of my routine. I used vitamins to provide me with energy, protection, and as a source of diet. At first, what I take are the regular multivitamins you can find at local stores. Just recently, I happen to run into an old friend. We had a long talk and that’s where he told about the whole food multivitamins. According to him, it is way better than the usual vitamins that I have been taking. He says that whole food multivitamins can provide the much needed bioavailable nutrients because they are made with the most natural sources. Having discovered this, I decided to give it a try and switched to whole food multivitamins. Since I started using this product 2 weeks ago, I have felt considerable improvement on my body. Full disclosure, I live a healthy way of life (I diet, I exercise, I do not smoke, drink the occasional beer once in a while and I make sure I have enough sleep) but I never had a liking to vegetables. I do eat some but if I can, I don’t. So basically, the whole food multivitamin is perfect for me. As I said, after two weeks, I felt like I have more energy in me, I can accomplish more things (considerably), Usually after my daily workout, I just want to rest and relax to get back the energy that I spent. Now, I not only have extended my workout time, but after it, I am still able to accomplish many more tasks. This is a wonder vitamin! To top it all, since I seldom eat vegetables, I have very little fiber in my body and therefore, I do have some problems with my bowel movement. A few weeks into my new whole food vitamins and it’s like I never had problems in bowel movement. My digestion has never been this good. Going to the toilet is no longer an issue, I don’t have to spend a long time cleansing my gut and relieving my stomach Perfect! I feel confident with my health as I rely on this multivitamin for my daily source of nutrients. This product is 5 stars for me!!

I have always been in favor of supplementing my diet with multivitamins to ensure I am getting the proper vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. I like this one because it is a whole food and not chemical based. After 2 weeks of taking this, I have found that my trips to the bathroom have been regular and consistent, I have more energy levels, especially in the morning and throughout the day. I am able to keep my motor going through the workday. I cannot speak to immune system improvement, brain function, or heart health improvements. All in all, I feel better and I feel sharp at work. There are two things I wish this company could change: 1. figure out how to take less product from 4 a day to maybe 2- obvious reasons here- 4 tablets, 2 in AM and 2 PM seems to be too much. Another option here could be to provide a 60 or 90 day bottle. 2. move away from tablet and move to a capsule. A capsule is more easily digested by the body vs. a tablet.

I was not a big fan of supplements before but as I grew old everyday, I started realizing that my body was no longer the same. I just felt like they were kind of sketchy, you know, because they always have these labels saying they’re not medicine; that they do not have approved therapeutic claims, etc. But as my overall health slowly degraded through the years, my family as a whole started taking these multivitamins at the insistence of my daughter. I must confess that prior to taking this, I felt some pain when I pee and was actually diagnosed with urinary tract infection (UTI) by my doctor. It was really uncomfortable for me and it impacted my daily life. I think the lack of nutrients and balance in terms of my diet and lifestyle has caused me to get this infection. I have also noticed that my immune system was just not the same and I got sick faster as I got older. Anyway, I have been taking this product for over 3 months now and I believe I have gotten much healthier overall. Actually, I really like this product because I no longer have to take separate supplements for each vitamin and nutrient. I especially like how this particularly supports the prostate as well because when I got my UTI, the doctor said I have to pay close attention to my prostate, which eventually led to me finally trying out this wholefood multivitamin. Also, compared to other medicines that I have tried before, this is quite easier to swallow. To be honest, swallowing capsules and pills have gotten harder for me throughout the years somehow so this being easy to swallow is definitely a plus. More than that, my body has definitely gotten so much more protected and secure from viruses ever since I began taking this. I feel so much healthier and happier overall. I don’t catch viruses as easily as I used to. And more importantly, I feel like my prostate is in a much better condition. I also believe that whatever vitamin deficiency I used to have has been addressed by this multivitamin. I mean, what more can I say? It’s just really great and I would absolutely recommend it.
