The soft black,handles, I guess, serve a purpose. They work well in cutting nails. I am in my 82nd year and must be careful not to cut the toe. So, I have to assure I am cutting only the nail by having as much light as possible. I prefer to cut next to a window when the sunlight is at its brightest.

Is this for 1 or 2 sets? I ask because you have the same product for nearly half the price - Can be confusing for anyone trying to purchase.
