What exactly do you get? It says 10 count but the bottle shows 30 capsules. Are you splitting the bottle or what?

Sorry, I have never used this product. I have only used the serum in a bottle with a dropper.

Can I use with contour cream advanced retinol?

Yes, however, I have very sensitive skin and only use this product (3) days a week. I would suggest starting that way to check your skins response. Otherwise I absolutely love it. ROC products have been around a long time and for the price they have an amazing array of beauty skin care products.

Hi, it is often recommended to begin using a Retinol product in your late twenties to early thirties. Early use of Retinol products can help to combat fine lines and wrinkles before they become apparent, so your skin stays looking younger and healthier.
