## Description

Ready to take your gaming to the next level? RESPAWN has the perfect seating solution for the console gamer who craves an extra level of comfort. The RESPAWN-900 Racing Style Gaming Recliner, Reclining Gaming Chair, in Black, helps you win while relaxing in style. The gaming recliner features segmented padding that provides all-day gaming comfort with a headrest pillow to keep your spine aligned. There's even a built-in cup holder, in the left arm, to make hydrating easy and convenient and a removable side pouch to keep game controllers and headphones at an arm’s length away. The chair and footrest are a continuous unit, which eliminates traditional recliner gaps for wires to get caught when you collapse the footrest. The back reclines 135-degrees and moves independent of the extendible footrest, and vice versa, to provide freedom of choice in how you sit. The pedestal base provides sturdy support so you can recline and extend the footrest with confidence. The recliner swivels 360 degrees and holds users up to 275 lb. An award-nominated brand, RESPAWN is committed to your satisfaction and covers this desk with our RESPAWN 5-Year Limited Warranty. Sure, you can level up without this comfy gaming recliner, but why would you want to? Rest comfortably, and assured, because the chair is covered by the RESPAWN 5-Year Limited Warranty. Game on!

Review: AMO ESTA SILLA!!!!!
Review: It's a 5-Star Perfomer For a Particular Niche - Overall Grade: 5 Stars for its particular purpose Quick Pros: High comfort, arms can sprawl, convenience features, and solid recline. Excellent instructions and easy assembly. Quick Neutrals: Not a desk chair; this is not a negative, it was never intended for that purpose. Quick Cons: Very size dependent; amazing if you're an "average" North American but if you're shorter or taller there could be better options. Detailed Review: If you're looking for a gaming chair, you've probably come across a tonne of OEM no-name options selling the same stuff, and this Respawn 900 caught your eye while doom scrolling the never-ending possibilities and you went "what is that?" Well, that's what happened to me too. If you're caught in an endless loop of evaluating between splurging on a streamer-calibre name like Secret Lab/Corsair or the budget "generic desertcart brand" options Respawn occupies a nice middle ground. First off, this is not an office chair. Most gaming chairs pull double duty and this one is decidedly designed different (although, Respawn also makes the 110 model which IS in that class). This chair is not meant to be rolled around the office, it is stationary; it is designed to be plunked down in front of a TV in a gamer den/living room. That's not a negative; it shows some real design chops by Respawn for doing so and it actually leads to many of the chair's strengths. The reason I made the comparison to OEM models above is because the Respawn stands out only after it arrives. The instructions are your first clue: a large laminated guide with clear illustrations and genuinely well-written English. Even small details—like recommending a socket wrench for one step—show that someone actually thought about the assembly experience. The chair itself is incredibly sturdy. Keep in mind, I am an completely average male at 5'9, 180lbs. I settle into the chair comfortably, but by my estimate if you are over 6'2 or under 5'4, the chair may be less accommodating. It also sits incredibly low compared to others; you have to descend into it and the experience is very different. You have to learn to trust it. Like I said, it's not an office chair, there is no gas-powered height adjustment to ease ingress/egress. The stitching on the chair is high quality, as well as the accent piping. Even the cupholder's facade is properly sealed against the faux leather. Production quality is apparent. One of my favourite things compared to an office-style gaming chair are the armrests. They are meant to allow your arms to sprawl out wide, not keep you constrained in a typing stance. Your wingspan can truly spread out wide here and it's glorious, especially when reclined. This is closer to a Lay-Z-Boy than a Secret Labs. Overall, this chair is perfect if your use case is its particular niche. It's the kind of chair I'd recommend to someone who I know spends time with a console in front of a TV or is just looking for gamer-styled furniture in a living room; it would be a surprisingly strong contender if you wanted a full-on recliner but don't want to spend that much money at a real furniture store. If you want a gaming chair that pulls double duty as a production space, this is likely not your best bet, but it absolutely nails its designed purpose.

## Features

- CONSOLE GAMING COMFORT provided by a plush removable headrest pillow and segmented padding that lead to the ultimate experience -- a fully functional gaming recliner that lets you level up while laying back.

- CONTINUOUS SURFACE WITH INDEPENDENT CONTROLS. The chair and footrest are a continuous surface, no open spaces to get wires caught, but operate independently to give you total control over your gaming chair experience. Features a 275 lb weight capacity.
- RECLINE WITH CONFIDENCE. Comfortably recline up to 135-degrees and feel secure because the 360-degree swivel base provides sturdy support for both the extendable footrest and reclining back -- allowing you to focus on your foes, not your balance.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it compatible with Xbox one**
A: I can confirm that this chair works with: Xbox one, Xbox 360, Xbox, Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo 64!!, Gamecube, GameBoy, Virtua Boy requires this flat, stable add-on (rip-off), Wii, WiiU even SWITCH! All of the Playstations, heck even vintage consoles like Atari and Colecovision!

I'm not sure which DVD and BluRay players it's compatible with, but as it is just a chair, I'm certain you'll find it's compatible with any device-powered activity in which you participate on your rear-end.

**Q: I see this isn't height adjustable. How high is the seat from the floor?**
A: I measured this as my seat was too low. It sits at 13.25" from the floor to the top of the seat cushion you sit on. I sat down on it, put the tape measure to the floor and rolled it up to the top of the seat cushion. It is exactly 34 cm. The manufacturer that says it is 17.25" is way off. Most normal chairs are at the 40 cm range, which is about 15.75". This seat is 2 inches below that. Everybody in our house that has tried to use these reports it is too low for a standard 27" desk. It is the lowest seat we have. I measured several times, both chairs we purchased, to verify. It is 34 cm seat height (from floor to top of seat cushion where you sit your butt). I compared to other swivel chairs, fixed chairs, all of which are near 40 cm (15.75"). The only chairs we have that sit as low as 13.25" (34 cm) are the folding picnic chairs you pack in a shoulder sling bag with soft fabric seats that dip low when you sit in them. You will exercise your knees to get out of this chair. It is low to the ground and not at all suitable for a gaming desk.

**Q: How serious is that weight restriction? My husband's around 300 lbs.**
A: Thank you for the interest in our RSP-900! Sorry we can only recommend up to 275 lbs.

**Q: Is the width comfortable for adult male? 220 lbs. 5'11" ? These type of gaming chaits tend to make you feel very narrow.**
A: Yes. 6'1" 225 and I'm comfortable for hours.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to put together. Very comfortable.
*by A***R on 20 September 2020*

Pros: -I was able to put this chair together fairly quickly and very very easily. -The back part assembles to the chair separately so that you can have independent movement of the recline. -The 360 swivel is very nice. Since I can't roll it back from my desk, I can still just swivel and get out of my desk area no problem. -The back can lock into place at any point during its recline so you're not just stuck with open or close. I'm average height (5'4") and I can reach the handles no problem. -I love that the leg rest is arched, it feels so natural and comfortable for my legs. Cons: -I like that the pillow is detachable, but the holes where the straps go through are very hard plastic, so if you have to remove the pillow it's not the most comfortable to lay back on. -My one hesitation with the chair was that I thought it was going to be too short. And frankly, it is. I would have to keep my shoulders raised all the time leaning on my desk to type anything. Fortunately, I'm mostly okay with just keeping my keyboard on my lap, and using my mouse on the arm since I'm at least very comfortable while doing so. (my particular desk has a notch in the middle and steel bars going underneath the desk so there isn't really any easy keyboard trays I could attach that wouldn't also hit my legs) -Worse case I could build a base for it to raise it up. But for right now I'm okay. -My neck was uncomfortable since my monitors were originally raised. But I got a monitor arm and pulled them down so now its pretty comfortable. I wanted a mount anyway since I'm blind and was always squinting. Notes: -I do wish that the attachable pocket could be moved to the right side but there is only velcro on the left. -If I was using this for gaming and not as a desk chair then it would be perfect. As a desk chair, it's not the best. But it's also advertised as a gaming chair, so I'm not going to fault it for being used for a different purpose. -I still love it a lot. It is great having a recliner racing back chair. I've almost fallen asleep in it a few times. I took pictures of how high my desk is compared to the chair. Desk - 28 inches high. Desk to seat (while leg rest is open) 9 inches Desk to seat (leg rest closed) 10 inches Desk to legs while sitting 6 inches
