I love it, saves so much space when drying or hanging your clothes. Fits right over a door and you can hang alot of clothes. Hope this helps.. **Q: How wide is the part that goes over the door? My door is 1.5 inches thick. Will the hook fit?** A: This over the door valet should fit all standard doors, and should fit your 1.5 inches thick door too. **Q: I need this for my laundry room, can I hang this on the door and open it with the rack having clothes on it?** A: My door opens with clothes hanging from it, though on some of my doors it is a bit of a tight squeeze against the upper door jamb. The amount of opening would depend on the clearance between your door at the full open position and the nearest intervening wall. It does extend a full 11” from the door surface when deployed. **Q: Does it require any tools to assemble? I need it to bring along to a hotel and was hoping to pack it I unassembled in my suitcase.** A: No tools are required to assemble this Over Door Valet Hook. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So convenient for small apartments!!! *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 11 September 2023* I used to line dry my clothes by hanging them on the molding above the door. The clothes would block the doorway so it such an inconvenience and pain. These drying racks are wonderful!!! Soo easy to put together. The buttons go right into the hole and it’s done. It expands so it can fit smaller closet doors or standard doors. I plan on taking it off the door in between washes and just it on the washer. Woud highly recommend this for anyone who line dries clothing and doesn’t have the space to hang them in your home. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on 20 September 2023* Convenient , saves space and sturdy so far. Great for hanging clothes directly on, even better ( more efficient drying) with a hanger. Good value for the money. Easy storage ( goes over the door). Easy to assemble. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by A***O on Reviewed in Saudi Arabia on 21 April 2023* A must have ## Frequently Bought Together - HOLDN’ STORAGE Over The Door Hanger - Door Rack Hangers for Clothes - Bathroom Over Door Hanger for Hanging Clothes & Towels - Over The Door Clothes Drying Rack, Gray - Over The Door Hooks, Door Hanger Hooks for Hanging, Over The Door Towel Racks for Bathroom with 12 Coat Hooks, Over The Door Hanger, Coat Rack Hat Rack Over The Door Organizer - RFOUO Over The Door Hooks Hanger Fit Door up to 1 3/4" Optimal 1pc,Over The Door Hanger with Retractable Rod,Foldable Over The Door Drying Rack for Laundry Bathroom Bedroom (Milky White, 1 Pack) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/276376032-holdn-storage-over-the-door-hanger-door-rack-hangers-clothes](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/276376032-holdn-storage-over-the-door-hanger-door-rack-hangers-clothes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
