I love how it helps with learning verses and remembering the key lessons behind each story. It’s a beautiful resource for anyone wanting to grow in their faith or teach their children about God’s Word. Highly recommend for families, small groups, or as a meaningful gift!

I wanted to get a child's version of the bible for my 2 sons. I was careful about ordering because I wanted to make sure it was accurate. Not only accurate but something engaging for my children. I'm glad I found this book! It is beautifully illustrated and contains realistic pictures throughout. The artists really took their time to bring to life each story. There's so much detail in the images. It gives your children a picture to say so that's what that looked like. Its hard to find a balance between a children's Bible and an adults. This was the perfect mix. Its not too childish and unrealistic and not so strict that there's no room for imagination. The stories are written accurately and condensed with the most important facts. It contains a content pages at the front of the book so you can find a particular story your looking for. There are 200 stories total so its a nice thick book. Its hardback with a bookmark ribbon to keep your place. The pages are also made of a thicker paper than your standard. So this is a good quality book. One that will last for a long time. I'd definitely recommend this book.

My oldest daughter started to have lots of questions about God, Jesus and faith at 5 years old. After pouring over reviews of various children’s Bible storybooks and images I found this book. I wanted them to have a book they could understand with images that sparked their interest. I bought both this book and The Tiny Truths Illustrated Bible. This is the one they read every night. This book does have more stories than the other book. Each story in this book spans 2 pages; which includes a drawing, scripture from the Bible, and a short story pertaining to the scripture. I feel this book has done a wonderful job of showing and explaining who God is, His Will, and His love for mankind to my children. The illustrations are well done with good details, and resembles realistically how people and the Hebrews would look at the time. Highly recommend this book to others looking for an illustrated Children’s Bible/storybook.

Beautiful Book for it's age level or adults not famiilar with the Bible. I plan to use it with a friend who wasn't brought up with any Bible study but wants to know what it is about. Reading the Bible she wouldn't make it through the 1st book fo the Bible. but hears people taught about the characters in the Bible. This is a perfect way to give her a Bible study type of course to enable her o read the full Bible and understand what she is reading about. The illustrations are truly beautiful. They are not cartoon characters as younger children Bibles are. The story and reading which are also accompanied by Bible verse concering the Character in each story.

Love the images and book quality it covers plenty if bible stories perfect for kids or anyone who like to reed the bible with pictures

The stories aren't exactly how I would like them with occasional "opinions" stated, but it has good pictures and I love to have kid friendly bible story's easily available for my daughter.

This is a very good book to begin your child on. They would have many questions but very beautiful artwork

Good book satisfied considering the size of it and price. A lot of illustrations which is great and easy to follow the stories.

The pictures are excellent and taken from an earlier book, 9780721475257 The Ladybird Bible, which is much better in content and more careful and accurate. The Hamlyn Bible in Colour is a very old good Children's Bible. 9781857928389 The New Children's Bible, by Anne de Vries is also good. The Candle Classic Bible, 9781859858677 is excellent, but almost out of print. I hope this helps.
