No refund
I ordered two sets. Both had broken parts and on the same day requested for return. Was collected after two days and since then im waiting for my money to be refunded. Been almost a month

Swing function lasted about a month and then stopped
I had high hopes for the WTR-K115 Air Cooler, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While the cooling power was decent, the swing function stopped working after just a month of occasional use.For the price, I expected better durability and functionality. It's a shame because it did provide some relief during hot days, but the reliability issue was disappointing.I'm considering other options for my next purchase to ensure I get a more reliable and long-lasting cooler.
