The charge of the speaker in the right ear suddenly runs out and turns off, not even for an hour.

I buy this Headphone 6 months back. Initially everything was perfect. But now all of sudden, left side speaker sound is decreased around 50%, while right side speaker is perfect. Now I am facing problems and hearing improperly. I temporarily fix it by decreasing 50% right side speaker sound. Somehow it is balance now...

Great product and works with my pc Ignore the reviews of people on pc only getting one working as it does that if you dont go into the device manager and disable the handsfree option under the sound devices (Not the bluetooth ones) Also get a 5.0 bluetooth dongle to connect. Sound is bass enriched also i use nahmic sound booster with it. My only critic is i have a weird left ear so the bud shape slips out unless i moisten the ear to give it something to grip to so the ear slips could use some roughness to it. Other pointed earbuds work fine

Siempre e tenido a RAZER como una marca puntera, y viendo algunas reviews y opiniones me lancé a comprarlos, y al llegar leí bien el manual y los dejé cargando hasta que estuviesen llenos o la luz verde, al abrirlos suena un POWER ON y PAIRING, intento conectarlos por bluetooth y como que le cuesta reconocerlo y al minuto o asi los encuentra, conecta y entro a la app de razer y me sale un warning, el cual le pulsas y salía earpod missing, reproduzco música por probar y nada, solo suena el izquierdo. Miro el manual y la web de razer por ver que puede ser y explican que dejándolo pulsado y cuando dice PAIRING luego das 2 toques en cada auricular y se sincronizan entre ellos, pues no funciona, total que pruebo la calidad de sonido del que funciona y pues se oyen bastante bien para lo que son. Decido contactar con atención al cliente, pido reemplazo ya que me gusta como suena el que había probado, y hoy a los 4 días de devolver los primeros, llegan los segundos con el mismo problema, asi que automáticamente devolución y para mi nada recomendables. Tienen buen sonido, pero pecan en eso y no entiendo porqué, el caso que los primeros la duración de la batería del izquierdo que funcionaba estuvo en casi 1 hora, bueno... Pero es que la del segundo, no llego a la media hora, asi que pienso que no merece la pena la compra, o al menos a mi me a salido mal. Buena atención al cliente como siempre con amazon pero la calidad del fabricante en estos auriculares, pésima.

Questi auricolari mi spiazzano un po',per alcuni motivi: 1 il volume utilizzando una singola cuffia come faccio di solito con altre è basso,troppo,sopratutto in chiamata sento a malapena la voce dell'interlocutore,quasi niente 2 le impostazioni in app dedicata riguardo i 3 set audio: alti enfatizzati è inutile,in qualsiasi ambito, predefinito ha già i bassi molto pompati ma non è un male si sente benone ma sono proprio sul limite del fastidio,se si mette importazione bassi aumentati diventa una violenza per l'orecchio e per la musica che si ascolta,totalmente inutile questo preset perché i bassi diventano talmente forti che si sente tutto un basso fortissimo e basta,inutile anche questo 3 gli auricolari si collegano aprendo la scatolina e non tirandoli fuori,questa è una cosa strana perché tutti quelli Che ho avuto finora si collegavano tirando fuori gli auricolari il che può non sembrare ma è più intuitivo e comodo 4 qualità audio per musica è molto buona nonostante questi difetti,ma se ne dovete usare una sola per chiamare o ascoltare musica sono inutili Ho avuto le buds di prima generazione della soundpeatS e non avevano questi difetti elencati sopra seppur perdendo un briciolo in qualità audio,ma le usavo per discord con un singolo auricolare o per parlare in chiamata mentre camminavo e si sentiva benissimo senza problemi,costando meno...valutate per cosa vi servono,e prendetele solo in forte sconto,mi sento di dire che non vale la pena se pagate più di 40/50 euro MASSIMO, in alternativa consiglio vivamente le soundpeatS più recenti

Tonqualität super, besonders mit der App konfiguration und dem bass boost ist da alles top. Tragekomfort ist für mich in ordnung und man gewöhnt sich dran, jedoch finde ich das Preis leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Es gibt deutlich bessere Ear in kopfhörer zu dem preis und, wie ihr schon im Titel seht, sind gleich 2(!!) Meiner Hammerhead true wireless defekt gegangen. Zuerst die schwarzen, dann nachdem ich auf die weissen umgestiegen bin und den ersatz der schwarzen meinem onkel gegeben habe , waren die weissen nach 1 monat defekt. Beim ersten set hat der linke earbud sich nicht mehr verbunden, beim zweiten hat der rechte nicht mehr geladen und ging nicht mehr an (lag nicht am case). Zum glück war es ein garantiefall und der razer support hat mir relativ schnell weitergeholfen. Jedoch finde ich sind 2 Sets hintereinander die defekt gehen ziemlich komisch. Ausserdem besitzen die kopfhörer keine Lautstärke option am earbud knopf und auch keine noise cancelling möglichkeiten. Zuletzt will ich noch erwähnen, dass die gummi bezüge sehr schnell verloren gehen und nach einiger zeit nicht mehr fest auf dem earbud sitzen und sehr leicht abgehen. Mein Fazit: + guter sound, mittelgrosser komfort, schönes design, guter razer kundensupport. - Geht schnell kaputt, gummi bezüge sitzen nicht richtig / gehen schnell ab bzw verloren, kaum soundeinstellungen, wenig nutzung des potenzials der Touch buttons / keine Lautstärke kontrolle, kein ANC. - zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Ich empfehle den Kauf NICHT. Kauft euch lieber Earbuds von Huawei/Samsung/Apple oder anderen. Ich steige zb. Auf Huawei Freebuds pro um, und habe 25 euro mehr als für die razer earbuds ausgegeben. Und dafür alles, was razer nicht hat.
