Powerful bleaching at an affordable price
I like the result. My hair has lightened by 3โ4 shades. The yellow and brassy tones are gone from the previously dyed sections. Itโs perfect as a base for further coloring. I have light brown hair. To get blonde, platinum, gray, golden, champagne, or ash, I need to bleach my hair first, then - use a toner or tint. This product is great for bleaching hair. It works quickly, literally bleaching it before your eyes. I don't leave it on for long to avoid severe damage. Naturally, the color of my bleached hair never exactly like the picture. It's more yellowish or reddish. The light source itself is also important - the sun and lamps will produce different shades. To get the blonde that looks like it's on the box, I need to use tint dyes, toners, coloring cream. The hair damage involved in bleaching is acceptable. I would say, it's minimal compared to some other products. Of course, I try to limit exposure and use various products to nourish and repair my hair. Unfortunately, no one has yet figured out how to bleach hair without causing any damage. So, after the procedure, itโs important to use specialized shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils, and serums. And, if you have the budget, to opt for salon treatments. A tip from someone with experience: always be careful with bleaching. Don't leave the dye on for too long, especially if your hair is fine and light-colored or bleached already. Control the process! At worst, you could burn your hair, causing it to break. Returning to this product: I am satisfied with the price and quality. It is easy to mix, apply, and control the process. It works well for bleaching dark roots.

Very easy to apply! Bleaches my drab gray to a shiney white. I have very fine hair, gives it the right amount of body.

Works Well; Buy Two
The first pic collage is after using only 1 bottle, following the directions. There wasn't enough left to get my roots. Notice that I went Red, not blonde! This is because of my natural undertone. It's important to know your hair when using salon products, be it this great L'Oreal Colorista All Over Bleach, or a coloring product. I used the second bottle (I'm so glad I brought 2 at the same time!) in its entirety to finish the job. The 2nd pic shows my "before" (natural) hair color, brushed; and the final result, with my natural curls & grey. I'm pleased overall and I will likely use this again, if I decide to bleach my hair again. This was my first time doing it at home. How I remembered about undertone of my hair is because a dozen years ago I'd gone to a salon for a coloring job (to become red head); when I'd gone back for a touch up, they told me there was nothing they could do to keep my hair that red, since the stylist had only "lightened your hair by 2 shades." ๐ฒ Make sure to read the directions & not just look at the pictures of the instructions, because they don't match! Definitely protect your clothing or wear an old T-shirt, because this will get on it. The only major CON about this are the gloves. They barely make it through 1 round, and your supposed to use them each time you use the anti-brass conditioner. Better have extra chemical gloves on hand for that. Oh, and, even though I rinsed & did anti-brass conditioner after 1st bottle, my hair CONTINUED TO LIGHTEN! Maybe I didn't get it all out? I'm not sure. After using the 2nd bottle of bleaching product, I showered and used a little bit of my shampoo, which lathered more than usual, and rinsed thoroughly. I then used my own conditioner (more than usual, b/c bleaching seriously dries out the hair) and let it stay in while I finished showering. Thoroughly rinsed out the conditioner towel dried my hair and added pure lanolin mixed w/ fractionated coconut oil & massaged that into my locks. Then I used my pure shea butter & mixed it with more lanolin & coconut oil and massaged that in. I followed all that up with some Shea Moisture styling product for curly hair. Shea Moisture products are made specifically for people who have "black" (African decent) hair; my hair is such that these products work well for me; they probably won't work for typical "white people" hair. If you read through all of this, I hope you found it helpful. Make sure you know your hair & prepare properly before beginning. I do recommend using extra moisturizer after everything is done.
