I bought this with knowledge that some people got defected frames. Mine came really well packaged and perfectly intact. They are beautiful and I'd definitely recommend them. They are really well priced, the size is great and the quality is typical for photo frames. It comes with a sheet to help hang the photos up which worked great for the most part. My only complaint is the hardware it came with didn't hold up in my wall. We used our own wall anchors and hardware. I hung mine over a stud and so the frames that are over the stud don't have an achor and it sits slightly uneven but barely noticeable (I just have OCD). Otherwise they are wonderful and for the typical eye, straight. I did add some tack to the frames to keep them level as mine kept shifting.

Love this on my stairway in the hall. Looks very expensive too. Very well wrapped, no damage whatsoever so very happy.
