My favorite new toy
The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this fog machine! I have used several fog machines over the years and this one is definitely my favorite. I throw a big Halloween party at my home every year and my new house is surrounded by concrete walls and has a huge front yard that is unfortunately still mostly just dirt (its a work in progress) so knowing that it would not be presentable in time for Halloween this year I figured a good layer of ground fog along with lights and tombstones would make it look less like a giant dustbowl and more like a cool graveyard. The first fogger I tried was only 700w and it was a failure. In it’s defense, my front yard is almost 2,000 sf which I realize is a lot of ground to cover. This fog machine performed beautifully, especially when I put dry ice in it. When I filled the ice compartment with regular ice the fog starts mostly low and starts floating and rising after a minute or two but when I added dry ice pellets there was noticeable improvement. The fog crawled across the ground and stayed low, covering my yard exactly the way I had hoped it would. I didnt get any good pics or videos of it on Halloween night but I tossed in the leftover dry ice the next morning (not much, definitely not enough to fill the compartment but it still worked very well) and took some pictures and video. This fog machine came with a wired controller and also a remote controller. The remote controller works beautifully, I was able to use it from the upstairs bathroom on the backside of my house. There was not a spot on my almost 10,000sf property where this remote did not work for me.Btw, I used Froggy’s “Freezin’ Fog” juice and it worked great with this machine. I bought two 1 gallon bottles and haven’t even gone through the first bottle yet. Very efficient.

Works great, you just need to know a bit that's not clear
After a frustrating search for a fog machine that can be used outdoors (most that I ran across were indoor-only), I came across the Tengchang and the video review here convinced me to buy it. I'm happy overall with the product but it took some effort to figure out a couple of things. The box barely survived shipping and eventually I found some ripped up pages that were the instructions--they're not especially helpful. So here's what else you might need to know:1) 1500W is a lot of juice, so you'll need to have fairly new wiring in your home. Even then, in my new home on an outdoor GFCI outlet I have one circuit trip happen as it's warming up, then it works without a hitch.2) It does take about 5 minutes to warm up before the first use, so you have to be patient.3) Even if you use "low lying" fog juice, it will be more "low lying" if you load the compartment with ice. This is an optional step but I recommend it so people don't wonder if your house is on fire.4) Both the wired and wireless remotes work really well, but you will have to wait between bursts of fog for it to recharge (usually about 30 seconds). If I had it to do over again, I'd probably choose a lower Wattage just to save me having to flip the breaker. Overall though it does work extremely well outdoors, producing huge volumes of fog, and only consumes a small amount of juice to do it.

Use dry ice
Bought this for a church VBS skit. In the beginning it had a hard time priming the fluid to the pump, I have used many other fog machines and none of them took this long. You have to use dry ice and it takes alot of it. Dry ice in my area cost about $2.75 per pound. Dry ice is denser than regular ice so you get about half the volume that you would with regular ice. Tested with regular ice and it does work but not as well as with dry ice, and regular ice melts and the water starts leaking all over the place. So... just use dry ice and it works really well.

Terrible!!!
We got this for Halloween ahead of time since things keep out of of stock lately, bought the most expensive fog fluid and got dry ice and this machine did not produce low laying fog. Also you have to push the button on the remote every single time you want the fog to come out of the machine!!!!! We ended up using the other cheaper older fog machine we had for our Halloween display. It was definitely the worst purchase so far I have made in Amazon. Seriously? Why in the world would you think it is a good idea to make a machine that needs you to push the button every time you want fog??? Ridiculous !

Defective out of the box
This "fog" machine didn't produce any fog, even if given over 30 minutes to warm up, just made a loud motor noise when you push the fog button. The "manual" included in the box was barely half a page of poorly translated English was almost no help at all. Have requested a return/refund only to be informed by Amazon that I have to wait to hear back from the seller to start the return and get our refund.Don't just not buy this product, do not buy from this seller.

TOTAL JUNK
The item was damaged upon receipt but I did not have time to return it as I had an event upcoming. I only used it once and it was a total fail! It leaked the whole time and I had to borrow towels from the venue as the floor was soaked. Total embarrassment! Then when I ask to return the item, they refused and said I was over the return day limit. It was only a few days.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

Do not work.
Splurged on the purchase of two of these foggers. The fog lifts within 5 ft. despite using dry ice and multiple fog solutions. The machines needs to be set off when you want more fog and the range of the remote is limited. There is no setting on the machines to make it work.Purchase from a Chinese company XFMOTO with the written understanding that there was a 30 day money back guarantee however, they refused to offer an RMA for return and refund. The company is very deceptive and I am still trying to negotiate a return after 3+ weeks.
