Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley, 16 oz (Pack of 2)

A friend gave me my first bag - I've been ordering it ever since and adding it to my white rice, 1/2 and 1/2. Delicious and healthy.

I'm a fan of mixed grains and like to try out different things. This is one of my absolute favorite. Love all the textures and options of kicking it up a notch. Add onions, garlic, spices, beans, egg, pork, kimchi, etc, or just a simple very healthy side dish.Every grain in this, (brown rice, black pearl barley, daikon radish seed) are great for a series of health benefits, from improved digestion, lowering cholesterol, to diabetes.Give it a go.

Make it like the recipe calls for and it’s delicious.

I ordered this product because the White Basmati Medley was no longer being offered by Trader Joe's. It is delicious and a good substitute for my original product, which I have used for 8 years.

Good taste, good texture, good quality product as far as I can tell. Much more nutritious than white rice of any variety. I sautee' onion, mushrooms, and garlic first, then follow directions for adding vegetable stock, bring to boil, then add rice, boil again, then simmer covered for 30 minutes. Then let stand covered for another 10 minutes. Very good.

We found these in Trader Joe's a few years back. Delicious and one ingredient provides a bit of crunch. And good for you. Nice to be able to order through Amazon as we do not have a TJ near us.A favorite of mine.

I absolutely love this grain blend, with its varied textures. So perfect with fish or chicken. I am on my fifth bag!
