I buy the 5g light golden chestnut. It covers my grays nicely. Lasts about 5 weeks depending on how often you wash your hair (I wash my hair just about every day or every other day. The longer you let sit in your hair, the darker it turns out. As the color washes out, it leaves beautiful auburn tones. Since the ingredients include rosemary extract and no ammonia, it is more natural than the average hair colors our there. It does not have a heavy scent either. The scalp pain stopped when I started using this hair color and I love this color. It covers the gray effectively. My only problem is that my hair grows extremely fast, so I have to color it monthly instead of every 6 weeks.
