Don't take my word for it. Google "connect dji pocket 2 to macos". IF you get it working, it's short lived. It doesn't work well by design due to the fact that it severely overheats. So the company doesn't really support the "do it all" handle to connect directly to the computer. You have to continue to fight to take the tiny card out every time, adding wear and tear to the micro sd card and slot. The wireless features ONLY works with your phone and not the desktop. I guess we're supposed to only edit videos on the phone? The privacy policy of their app is among the worst I've read. I STRONGLY advise you to read it and make your own informed decision after reading it... and try not to feel completely violated. The ONLY thing that works is the audio port but even at that, it stopped working mid interview with my shotgun mini jack based mic. The camera mid video switched back to internal mics with the "do it all handle" connected. How is this garbahge allowed to be sold as a functional product? The wording for this product and lack of company documentation backs up my experiences. I'm writing this review only after reading countless others in support forums complaining about the same thing, discovering all this stuff after the fact. Some people will say this works perfect. Beware of that. Do your pre-purchase research starting with the "operating manual". Pay attention to what they DON"T say. re: features supported.

The best hand held camera I own. I have a Gopro Hero 10 and I use the my Pocket 2 for most of my video these days.

I ended up buying this because I picked up my DJI Pocket 2 used, which was missing alot of the original accessories. Sadly, they don't sell a white version of this, but I did like having a sort of black and white colour scheme on the camera.The quality of the control stick itself along with the packaging and support were all great! It came packed in a small plastic case to help keep it safe, which I thought was a really nice touch. The control stick as a whole feels sturdy, and the plastic itself feels like it's quite high quality, and matches that of the rest of the camera. I did require some support setting it up due to a problem with my cameras firmware, but DJIs support was brilliant and helped me fix it within half an hour.The joystick itself works fine. It's not great, but it's perfectly fine. It can be difficult to hold the joystick in one place to get a certain shot, as if you're holding it between any of the main axes, if you apply too much pressure on it, it will slip up or down to a main axis position, but if you put too little pressure it wont activate both sides and will only move in one direction, but once you have got the hang of it, it is quite easy to use, and help you to get some great shots.It fits nice and snuggly within the spot for it in the camera. You can feel the pins latch on to it, and it doesn't feel like it could just slide off! However, it is still really easy to take it off. It's the perfect balance between it being secure but still very easy to use, with it being literally plug and play, with only two options to adjust what the button and joystick does within the settings.For £25, I think it is a little bit pricey, but the cost is justified through the solid build quality, the great DJI support which comes with it, along with the unpacking and user experience.
