DuPont Tyvek Disposable Suit with Elastic Wrists, Ankles and Hood (2XL)

This was a one-time use suit as I only needed it for a home project. Used this Tyvex suit when I spray painted a work shop (walls & ceiling) area on the first floor. This suit (size XXL for me) was easy to put on, performed as expected and was easy to remove despite all my sweating inside (yes, it is hot). I actually used the same suit for 3 separate days about 1.5-2 hours average per day. The suit held up well, wasn't too tight, had no tears or separations. It aired out and dried up well for the next day's use. Only real reason that I discarded it was that the job was done and suit was covered with paint.

Used this disposable suit because I had to crawl under a house multiple times. I was very impressed with how it held up due to how hard I was on it. While I was wearing it, I was even bitten by a small dog, and the suit protected my skin from being cut open from teeth. The suit did end up ripping at the very end of the day, but again, I was very hard on it and was crawling through multiple tight spaces. I am very impressed.

I bought a couple of months ago to use to crawl under my house, but haven't used it has been in the wrapper the whole time until a couple of weeks ago. I use it for removing drywall from the inside of my house since I'm renovating and had lots of mold from water issue it had. When I went to use it I noticed it had a hole in the crotch. Mind you I haven't used this at all and I was very delicate while so I wouldn't do that because it felt like I could tear it with enough force and it was big enough so I didn't have to force it on at all so if you buy this check for holes in first

I picked one up for snow goose hunting and it worked great. I ordered a size up from what I would normally have to fit all my warm clothes under it. After a two-day hunt in the cold, on the frozen ground and mud, it held up great. At this price, I would not have expected it to last. It also worked to keep warmth in which I should have expected but didn't plan for so that was a nice bonus. Overall its well made, surprisingly so. If you need something like this for a specific purpose like mine, it's a solid buy.

I bought this because I was installing insulation under a 1972 mobile home and it was a dirty job. I didn’t expect it to last very long, but I have worn it three different times and it is still in one piece. The elastic around the ankles and wrist keep the fiberglass off my clothes, as does the elastic around the hood. I didn’t expect it to hold up as well as it has so far, so it has already earned its keep 3x over.

It’s strong and easy to put on and wear. It fit very well for working standing up but having hips, it was a bit snug and felt like it was straining when I had to pick up or reach for items on the ground. Did not tear so that was a plus. Still would likely had a bit more reach if I’d gotten an xxl instead.

Fantastic could have been using this for years instead of those cloth coveralls. So much better. And that hood. Works wonderfully with a full face mask sealed out all the funk. Used to crawl under a house for 2 days. Held up great wonderful performance comfort and value made a nasty job much more pleasant.

Not durable at all, tore every time I bend over to work on something. If you are using this product and doing a lot of bending or kneeling this suit will rip apart as it is thin and has no give. If you are trying to protect yourself from your environment with this suit, be aware that it is subject to rip easily.

I like that it allows some moisture (sweat) out and keeps ticks off me or at least makes them super noticeable. For those who have to work in a highly tick populated area for short times and don't like repellants (or always seem to somehow get it in your eyes or mouth by rubbing or touching them ) this is an answer. Not perfect , can get hot in too hot weather , but a good solution. Another situation is when 4 wheeling in the woods and maybe break down and have to spend the night , this and a face mosquito net .

it was easy to put on

I had to literally crawl through spray insulation up in my attic to run some wires for a project. I put this suit on before hand, then took it off when finished. I was decidedly not covered in insulation and didnt have really any issues with itching. Also, considering the fact I was crawling over bare 2x4 wood for several hours up there and really put the suit through its paces, not a single tear on them when I came out. What more can I ask for? Oh I guess... would be nice if it had a small pocket sewn into it somewhere, thatd be a nice improvement I can suggest to the company!
