Uses and BenefitsI have been using the ESARORA Ice Roller for almost a month now and it has changed my daily routine for the better. I love this thing. It has a ton of uses and is perfect in so many ways. The roller freezes, but the outside silicone keeps it from sticking to your skin. It doesn't pull on your skin at all. Super gentle. Because of the rolling motion, you are doing on-and-off cold, which is better and more pleasant than constant cold. The roller itself detaches from the handle, which is great for washing it. I usually keep the whole thing in the freezer so I can lie it on its back and have the roller not touching anything inside the freezer.Best uses I've discovered:1) Calming my skin down after picking at it. OK, so you're not supposed to pick at your face or squeeze anything, but sometimes you just can't resist. This is magic for that — like icing an injury, so it reduces any redness and seems to help everything get back to normal faster. It's the face equivalent of having a glass of water after night drinking — the damage is done, but might as well try to help however I can.2) Headaches/migraines. Feels amazing on your face and on the back of your neck. The roller gives your face a mini massage and the cool really helps. Pain meds, then a dark room lying down with this thing and you're on your way back to normal.3) After peels/drying masks/dermarolling. Again with cooling your skin down, but it helps with recovery, especially if you left your peel/mask on a little too long. Calms redness after dermarolling and helps begin the recovery process. Basically you're fighting inflammation.

I love this ice roller for health reasons, primarily. I always have swollen sinuses and tight muscles/fascia due to autoimmune conditions. Seasonal allergies and other common symptoms, too. Pain and not breathing through my nose easily makes it hard to sleep and interferes in life in many ways.Using the roller, especially the silver, helps with inflammation in my face and often helps roll out some knots in many muscles. I use it on my neck, sub occipital and shoulders which cause local and referred pain that is much like a migraine.I also use this to cool down in the summer.This ice roller has uses beyond the manufacture’s intent. I’m sure it helps aesthetically with decreasing any swelling in the face. It’s easy to use and exchange the rollers. I bought one for my mom to help in the same way I use it and neither has broken or came with a defective part.It’s small and lightweight enough to carry in a purse and the metal is cold without a freezer. I take it everywhere.Absolutely worth the price regardless of use. I recommend this for everybody. I have never said that about any product before!

Decent quality, but very squeaky while rolling. Also the roller very easily pops out of the base. For the price, it’s good!

I highly recommend this product. This device is wonderful. It freezes quickly and easy to use. This gets nice and cold, stays cold for quite a while and does not drip or get soggy like most ice packs. I use it on my neck and shoulders helps a lot with my cervical Dystonia. I have not tried it yet for my face but also great for headaches Great value and very portable for travel also.

Works amazing, came exactly as described. I use the rose quarts roller for my face, this one I use for everything else. Headaches, soreness from the gym, injuries, and to cool down. Highly recommend mend getting ones as they work on everything.

Honestly it’s a game changer! It’s better than jade rollers and all that stuff. This one is the real deal! Put it in your freezer with a plastic bag and in the morning you are good to go! Roll upwards not downwards.

Freezes well, but you have to press on face very lightly otherwise it pops out of place. Great big size however!

I was told about this product from one of my girlfriends for migraines and headaches so I got myself one and I absolutely love it I also got my sister-in-law one and it works so great even on if you have pain in your leg or my daughter hurt her foot and I put that on to roll it on!
