notably tiny, Big price
This oral oil pulling oil falls a bit short of expectations. The size is notably tiny, making it feel less justified for the price. While I'm tempted to return it due to the size-to-cost ratio, I might keep it just to avoid the hassle. As for its effectiveness, it's challenging to gauge given the limited quantity. The small size is a drawback, leaving me uncertain about its potential benefits. In summary, the oral oil is okay, but the size and price make it somewhat questionable in terms of value. I'll likely hang on to it, but the overall impression falls in the middle ground. Therefore, I am leaving 3 stars.*****UPDATE:After using the product, I'm impressed by its great minty taste. Only a small amount is needed, and I believe this pulling oil will last for a few months. Consequently, I'm updating my review to five stars.

Blended oils
8.34 ounce plastic bottle of a blended pulling oil concoction. I'm no stranger to oil pulling and typically use a spoonful of coconut oil straight from a jar. This product utilizes a blend of oils (coconut, olive, hemp) and various botanical essential oils that gives it a minty, herbal scent and essence. The oil has a vibrant, olive-oil'esque yellowness to it. Overall i'd recommend this to those familiar with oil pulling for a different taste and sensation experience but if you're new to the practice just start with coconut oil first.

Was not expecting it to ACTUALLY do anything noticeable right away… boy was I wrong
Every once in a while my gums and the roof of my mouth get puffy and really irritated from a partial mouth piece I have to wear for my front tooth. I got this for that issue not ever guessing it would take away the sensitivity of a bad back tooth I have. I have basically been chewing on the opposite side the sensitivity was so bad and everytime I drank and liquid hit the bad tooth, I was used to a little pang of pain. After using this 2 days consecutively, that went away. 🤯 if I don’t use it for a few days, I notice those symptoms come back. I think this stuff is great.

Love it!
Tastes awful but it’s not the worst I’ve ever had before. I know it’s doing good for my gums and teeth. So I love it!

20 minutes? I should have read more closely!
As a food scientist and someone who is involved with the nutraceutical industry as well, I can speak to the fact that many oils have been proven to have antimicrobial properties (bacteria have a lipid (oil) coating and they adhere to the oil when in contact). The data I have seen does not indicate that this works any better than typical mouthwash, but it is not any worse either. So, this seemed a nice way to go to get the health benefits with an all-natural, food-grade, product. Most pulling oils that I have seen, and most of the research papers that I’ve read, are based on coconut oil or sunflower oil. This product uses olive oil as its base with other oils such as hemp oil and coconut oil along with other oils from botanicals such as cinnamon, clove, peppermint, and oregano. Yummy. And it does taste very pleasant, a nice combo of mint and cinnamon mostly. The problem I had was this: 20 minutes is a long time to be swirling a tablespoon of oil in your mouth. Although pleasant-tasting enough, after a while due to a buildup of saliva, you have a lot more than a tablespoon of liquid in your mouth and for me, it became very uncomfortable. Even if the liquid did not increase, just swirling for 20 minutes is not an easy task. And, unless you can be solitary for 20 minutes every morning, it’s rather awkward in front of other people; it’s a very noticeable activity. As far as this pulling the toxins from your body, that’s something that many ayurvedic and other alternative practices claim, but I’ve not seen any proof of this in any scientific journal. So, for me it comes down to, do I want to spend 20 minutes a day doing something to accomplish what I can do in 20 seconds? Is the fact that using another method such as a typical mouthwash is, slightly “less natural” worth the trade-off of spending 20 minutes vs 20 seconds? If this was 2 minutes, I’d happily make the trade-off, but 20 minutes per day is just too long for me. And even as pleasant tasting as this is, after 10 minutes of swirling it around, it’s no longer very pleasant. This may be OK with your life-style and, if so, I can’t say if this is one of the better pulling oils but I can say that I’m relatively certain, based on the labels I’ve seen, that this is one of the best tasting pulling oils.Bottom line: Not for me but if you’re interested in the concept, this is the product I’d use to test it out.Review of: Teliaoils Coconut Pulling Oil
