burns esp32 wroom with just a usb cable
Using B09D7BT5KQ, shown inserted in picture. Now I can make sure there is code in the device before I try to solder the castellated edge to a new PCB.The pins were straight and it does take some force to snap it in.Small moment of surprise: the power switch was off. Once turned on, it seems to act like the breakout boards I've been using, powered by the same USB that programs it. I suppose the switch is useful if I plan to switch esp devices while the cable stays connected.
