Berard 49471 French Olive-Wood Handcrafted Pastry Spatula

I like this spatula but I thought it would be much wider.I have used this brand Berard after using others and this brand is my favorite.I have two other berard curved spatula's for 6 or 7 years I use them often and they are still in great condition.

Love these Olive wood utensils. I had one similar but the dog got a hold of it and chewed it up so I needed to find another one. It is hard to find a good wooden pastry turner but this one works great. I use it to flip my eggs for easy over because my pan is to small for a normal size spatula.

I really like this. It’s beautiful wood. You do have to continue to oil it though. Easy enough to keep it looking new. I can use it for cooking, but love it for serving most of all.

I have bought Berard wooden cooking spoons before, so I know what I get for the money . I really like this spatula. It’s made to last.Highly recommended.

Love the olive wood, fits comfortably in your hand. Not too large, which makes it exceptionally useful

I didn't use this spatula right away because I find it so pretty I didn't want anything to happen to it. Silly I know so I did start using it and it is fabulous. I do a lot of baking and this is perfect for folding and scraping the bowl sides. I made a plum pudding with it and it was plenty strong as well.
