Well made, well designed, comfortable hand held scale.
The scale is well designed with a very comfortable fit in the hand. Approximate length ~5-6" handle with a 12" long nylon mesh fabric tether which includes a 3/4" wide, flat ~18 gauge Stainless Steel grab hook with rounded corners. Digital scale with 3 weight-choice configure options. The strap wraps easily around the handle creating a small, stowable package which weighs a matter of ounces. Easily portable.

Not what expected does not work well as advertized
I purchased this scale mainly due to the advertise ability to lock the recorded weight for ease of reading. It does on the light wieght stuff but when you get over 40 lbs it is impossible to hold it still in off the ground for as long as it takes to auto lock (and who can!!!), making the feature in my opinion USELESS! paid a whole lot more for this feature. If you want this feature try a different brand.

Accurate, easy to use and travel with.
I'm wondering why I never thought of buying this before. This takes all the stress of guesswork when travelling. This scale is extremely accurate compared to the airport weight scale. Great value!!!

Never knew I needed until that one trip.
This is one of those items that you never know you need until that one trip comes when you are deciding between the extra stuff and the huge price the airlines charge for the extra weight in your bag. The scale is so compact that you can fit it in any piece of luggage and always have it with you. It is really easy to read and you can tare it and make sure your weights are right for every situation. It fits nicely in your hand so is easy to hold and the strap is very strong. No more struggles with a bathroom scale and a large piece of luggage! And with the lifetime warranty I never have up worry.

Where has this scale been all my life?
Anyone who has teetered a giant piece of luggage on a bathroom scale and seen what the scale read at the same time has definitely thought the same thing I used to ponder, 'there has to be an easier way to do this!'. Well I have finally found the easier way! This gadget just makes sense. Its ease of use makes it perfect for any traveller. Small enough to slip into a pocket in your luggage and forget it exists until you need it. It happens every trip, you head out with a decent amount of luggage. Your so careful to not over pack. Then it happens. A deal here, a souvenir you can't live without there, it adds up and all of a sudden your bag is a lot harder to zip closed. When your in destination, the first scale you have access to may very well be the one at the airport and no one needs the stress and head ache of having to either pay astronomical fees at the airport for overweight luggage, or make a split second unprepared decision to dump out things and leave them behind in an airport garbage. This scale should be part of every travellers 'top 10 must have with me' packing list. I'm so impressed with its quality and how easy it is to use. I won't be leaving home without it!
