I love to machine quilt and do appliqué and machine embroidery. If my back isn’t going to show on the finished product - I would much rather use this less expensive thread and save hours of bobbin winding every week.These aren’t a perfect fit to either my Pfaff Passport or BabyLock Ellegante—both are capable of larger bobbins /narrower spindles - but for certain tasks, these are my go to. Both use variations of size 15 bobbins. A box lasts me a couple months - and the bobbins can be refilled using a SideWinder (not the machines’ built in winder).

Great thread equal great price

I do a lot of machine embroidery projects, they work just great! So much easier then winding my own!

These only have 53 yards of thread and are not helpful for embroidery as you are always replacing with a new bobbin. Also, they do not use thread all the way to the end. Would be good for regular sewing as the thread is heavier than embroidery thread.

No way is this polyester thread. It burns...not melts. Box says polyester, but it is surely NOT polyester.

As a quilter I use lots of thread and I have these in white and black so that it makes it easy to change the Bobbin when I am in the middle of a quilt or an embroidery design. The thread is bobbin thread and this makes it extra suitable for machine embroidery.
