Received the product quickly. However, there were no instructions in either box(I bought two). Luckily I had bought a similar product from a different manufacturer before. The registration of my fingerprint was similar(although not exactly the same), so I was able to do figure it out. If it hadn't have bought fingerprint locks before, I wouldn't have had a clue on how to do it, and I would be sending them back right now. If I had only ordered one, or if only one of the boxes was missing instructions, then I would have given a higher rating. But two locks, in two separate boxes, with no instructions?!!
