Terracotta Mud Jugs with Mug and Platter, Earthen Water Carafe Set, Pottery Jar for Drinking Water, 76 oz

This is a great all-in-one water jug for your night stand. It is a saucer to hold the jug, the jug itself, and a cup that also can be used a lid. There is a very slight seepage of water through the clay walls of the jug, but it is quite minor and might stop after a while (this is common with un-glazed clay pots in general). However, the seepage keeps the water cool in the summer so it's a good thing. The water tastes mildly of clay at first but that passes in a few days. It looks beautiful and holds enough water for several nights (I think it's about 1.7 liters). It is a bit pricey compared to what they cost in Turkey, but then gain, it's shipped direct from Istanbul and where else are you going to get one of these if you are in the US (or any other place that isn't Turkey)? I love it.

It is a beautifully designed and made pot. I use it for my drinking water and love it. It has a break in period where the water has a earthy taste but its very slight. It goes away and the water always stays cool and refreshing. Great product. Thank you

Very beautiful set for a birthday gift. The water taste so good from the clay cup and jar! The saucer holds the water transpiration so it's perfect. To clean I only use a paper towel, inside I might use a soft bottle brush. I don't use any detergent because it might absorb chemicals just plain water a new sponge does the job.

Very nice product. The water smells and tastes earthy. Water gets cool naturally.

It works well (as expected) good size for my use, good shape. One thing it has what may be an imperfection at the base of the neck as if there is crack hope it is not a weak point that will cause it to break one day. Am being cautious in holding/carrying when pouring due to that. Other than that it is great.

I purchased this set to use at church as communion dressing for our Good Friday service. It is a beautiful set, just the right size for us. Both the pitcher and the cup show moisture marks on the outside, which is just what it said it would do. But that only adds to the rustic look of the set. This set may not be large enough to be seen from the back of a very big sanctuary, but worked well in a typical church. Highly recommended.

Was relieved the first time beads of water formed on the exterior; the jug was doing its job. Previously purchased a pitcher from a different seller only to find the outside sticky with a glue like substance the prevented it from properly functioning. The natural process helps to filter any impurities keeping the water cool and tasty. The mug on top is a real convenience.

Here’s your review, sharp and to the point: ⸻ I had an extremely frustrating experience with Elite Pro. My first package was “lost” almost immediately, so they offered to reship it. That replacement took weeks to even send out, and then it never arrived either. I had ordered a ceramic piece specifically for a wedding, and because of their delays and incompetence, I couldn’t use it for the event. Customer service was honestly awful. Instead of taking responsibility, they just kept repeating the same scripted responses. They refused to issue a refund and insisted on reshipping—despite the fact that the second package also never showed up. What’s worse is that tracking showed the replacement package was dropped off at a fulfillment center, and after that, nothing. I provided all receipts and proof, but they still refused to help and eventually just closed my case. I’m out $150 with nothing to show for it. No product, no refund, no accountability. This feels like a complete scam. Avoid this company unless you enjoy wasting your money and time. 0 stars if i could⸻
